This is the Hill Creek Gardens Tagaytay, Inc.’s (“Hill Creek” or the “Company”) Personal Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) which sets forth how Hill Creek manages, collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (the “Data Privacy Act”).
