** TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

All rooms are available on a first come first serve basis and subject to availability.

Cancellation made will NOT be entitled to any refund.

All room rates are inclusive of breakfast.

Php 2,000.00 deposit is required upon check-in and to be refunded upon check-out.

Extra person charge: Php 1,540.00 net (bed and breakfast included).

Child Policy:

• Children 6 years old below is free of charge.
• Children 7-12 years old – 50% discount on breakfast.
• 13 years old and above – Considered adult, Php 1,540.00 nett per night will apply, inclusive of extra bed and breakfast.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks can be pre-ordered from the Restaurant.

All rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING.

PETS are allowed in certain areas only.
